Harp Workshops

From the exotic look to the amazing sound and the feel of the strings beneath your fingers, playing a harp can be an enchanting event, taking you away from your normal day to day world. Experience the magic directly as your fingers connect with the strings and the music connects with your ears.

Featherwood workshops are designed to give you maximum interaction and understanding of the harp within the time available. After a short demonstration we guide you through basic harp technique, incorporating fun and games to get your ears and fingers working! The aim is to get you playing a basic tune by the end of the session.

Workshops are available for up to 10 people at a time for festivals, schools and parties. The workshops are run by Steph and Sam of Featherwoodinstruments.
